By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Subsly provides public creator profiles, creator-uploaded preview feeds, account-based follows, likes, and comments, profile-management tools, consent-based aggregate audience analytics, authentication, and moderation features. Payments, subscriptions, and locked content are not currently available.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, post defamatory, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content, or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
Child sexual abuse material, content involving or sexualising minors, non-consensual intimate material, covert recordings, sexual violence presented without legitimate context, trafficking, exploitation, doxxing, and content that infringes another person's rights are strictly prohibited. Apparent violations may be preserved and reported to the appropriate authorities where required.
Subsly may investigate profile reports, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, remove content, or terminate access where we reasonably believe a profile or account breaches these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety standards.
We may reject, reclaim, disable, or remove usernames, slugs, display names, or other public-facing identifiers that are offensive, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, misleading, impersonating, or that reference restricted adult-platform branding where we believe doing so is necessary to protect users and the platform.
Any viewer may report a preview without creating an account, and signed-in users may report creator profiles. Reports must be made in good faith. We may hide content while it is investigated, preserve evidence, restrict or remove accounts, and report suspected illegal content where required. We retain report details, an opaque anti-abuse identifier, technical security data, and moderation notes for safety and compliance purposes.
You may request deletion of your Subsly account through the account settings flow. We use an email confirmation link to verify deletion requests. Confirmation immediately disables sign-in and removes the public profile. Account data is retained securely for 30 days before deletion from active systems, including creator-uploaded preview files. Time-limited soft-deletion and disaster-recovery copies expire automatically afterward.
Security, moderation, audit, and compliance records may be retained where required to protect users, meet legal obligations, or prevent abuse, including in anonymised form where appropriate.
Usernames and profile slugs associated with deleted accounts may remain permanently reserved and unavailable for reuse in order to reduce impersonation, fraud, confusion, and abuse.
