Creators may only upload material they own or are authorised to publish. Every identifiable participant must have consented, and every participant in mature material must have been at least 18 when it was produced. Child sexual abuse material, sexualised minors, non-consensual intimate content, covert recordings, exploitation, trafficking, impersonation, harassment, and illegal material are prohibited.
Any viewer can report a preview without an account. Reports should clearly explain the issue and are delivered to the admin moderation queue. Content may be hidden during review and preserved or reported where legally required. Mature uploads are held from public view until compliant age assurance is active.
Users can request account deletion through Subsly's secure email-confirmed deletion flow. Confirmation disables sign-in and public access immediately, followed by permanent deletion after 30 days.
Deleted accounts lose profile access and sign-in access, but Subsly may keep security, moderation, and compliance records required to protect the platform and meet legal obligations.
Deleted usernames and public profile slugs may be permanently locked and never reassigned to another user in order to reduce impersonation and trust abuse.
